3/9- text sent to agent if he has met the client there yet.- Agent has not heard.
15/4/20 spoke to client still wants to sell cant come up there due to virus but if Joel can do something to call him. Spoke to agent he will ctc client tomorrow to see what he can do. Has not had chance to go in the house to look at it yet.
