11/09/19: Agent Bryan emailed, "Spoke to Alan - told him no more than $50k would be my expectation - sent him a back up email but based on his reaction dont think i'll hear from him. Quite honestly not one I really want and if he does come back to me we will need to discuss a reduction in referral fee "
