Brendan: No further changes at present, I have also followed up again but got her voicemail. I spoke with her a little while ago and she was still waiting to do a carport and other bits and pieces around the home which needed council approval

9/04/2020 - Brendan: Yes I was in touch with her recently and we’re finding more Sellers like her at the moment too nervous to sell.

Brendan: they're looking at selling close to February after they do some renovations. We're keeping in touch and will drop out to see them again closer to the time when ready to sell
