20/2 Spoke to Stella. Has completed some work and looking at putting it back on the market. Not happy with Chrissy and currently speaking with a couple of agents. I let her know that Vicki will touch base for feedback and to see if we can assist.
The first sale fell over. She had termite damage. There's no more termites but the buyer wanted out. She found a unit she wanted but the next buyer interested wasn't happy with the building report. Unfortunately she did everything she could but when she had it repaired a few years ago they missed an area that is apparently structual. So she could no longer secure the unit she wanted. She will probably to assess everything next year. Very tough time for her. Lovely lady.- Chrissy
