Hi Natalie. I have been keeping in contact with Marlon. Early last week we discussed that it's best the other unit for sale in the same building sells first before listing his property for sale as it would help maximise his sales price and achieve closer to his expectations. I also followed up with an email last week suggesting we meet in person and discuss the proposed sale in more detail. Didn't hear back from Marlon, but will follow up again this week. Please advise if you hear from Marlon in the meantime. Telly
