Brooke: Jane has rented the property to neighbours that are in the middle of a renovation on their own home. Once they have finished and moved out Jane will 13/04/2021- FU to agents re UD place her home on the market.
13/04/2021 - Andrew: Jane rented her property out . I stay in touch with her . When the tenants eventually move out it is Jane’s intention to sell.

We gave her an update on the market, current market value and some advice on renovations. I've left her a follow up voicemail this morning.
