3/02/2020 - Monty: Great news we have a contract on 224 Old Logan road. It is a subject to sale contract which means that there are no offical unconditional dates yet as it’s determined by when the buyer sells theirs. However I will keep you updated as the sale progresses.

15/10/2019 - Monty: Following up with Rob / decision is with son
1/10/2019 - Isaac: I realised speaking with my colleagues that one of my agents has already been there to appraise the home in May 2019.
He went with Ray white but initial lead was from Open Agent so I am sorry I cant accept this lead. Kind regards, Isaac Nguyen
