5/11/2020 - Tim: Sent follow up email as she never seems to answer her phone
24/04/2020 - Tim: Have tried a couple of times since but unsuccessful at getting a hold of her.

22/04/2020 - Matthew: will FU again - vendor has not been returning calls - vendor dealing with a few agents

27/09/2019 - Tim:After several attempts (including calling Nikki at 7:00am one morning -at her request) I have finally gotten a hold of her.
She has decided that due to missing out on a property they were looking at elsewhere they are going to put this on hold until after Christmas. I advised her that given the area and being a bush block that in that case she would be best to ait until Early Autumn as over summer everyone will be concerned about bush fires.
