Vendor wants 1.5% commission and under. Admiment to only talk to agents that can drop 0.7 % from standard fees. Property is worth 1.35 mill. Very unrealistic. Heath Bassett and Simon Deering are well established agents in the area and have agreed to drop the commission to get the listing to 15%.
