07/05/20 - Spoke to agent Vicky, said client is not selling 1 bedroom units in this building are going for early $300's so no sense for him to sell
06/11/19 - Agent Vicky advised, "last time we spoke he needs to discuss with the accountant too see if it makes sense to sell, also was very busy with work and need more time to consider. I've put in calendar to follow up again."
09/10/19 - Agent Peter emailed, "I spoke with Rob yesterday and told me of his purchase of this unit. He was sold this one bed unit with no carpark through some brokerage company that has since lost their license and was ripped off in the deal as most of the off the plan 1 bed units sold around $360k at that time from the developers. The market for resale is unfortunately lower at $300k. So he would be taking a big hit. He is happy to have spoken to me but needs to do his calculation and see what he plans to do"
