4/08//2021 - Russell: I have been back and seen phoebe again and given her an updated appraisal. She is doing a bit of work around the townhouse and then going to place it on the market - Hopefully with us.
6/01/2021 - Russell: This owner told me she is no longer looking to sell.
3/12/2020 - Russell: Phoebe is no longer selling
7/10/2020 - Russell: Phoebe responded and said they got the movement issue fixed through body corporate (this was the hold-up at the time) but they are no longer selling now.
11/08/2020 - Russell": Some time ago she mentioned that she would likely try and get the cracking issues fixed through the body corporate before proceeding.
I will see where she is at with it all.

Michelle: At this stage no additional response to any follow up.
Russell: I haven't gone back again with everything that is going on but we are still selling. Hard to Recommend to someone to put their property on the market at present but will be in touch with her when things start improving any.
27/09/2019 - Phoebe: Thank you so much for the documents and helping me contacting with agents. They were all very helpful and knowledgeable. I decided to put this house on the market after rectifying all issues. hopefully early next year.

Russell: Gave her an appraisal and she is going to sort out some underpinning issues first before placing the property on the market. Will let you know when she gets back to me but May take some time.I have given her names of an underpinner and a structural engineer
