She’s said a 3% discount which would take it to about $588,000. Unfortunately 1 bedroom apartments like this one in Docklands are currently selling between $400,000 to $440,000. I don’t believe this was a very ethical sale when first purchased. Prices have come down but she’s also paid way over price initially as well. At that price she is competing with 2 bed, 2 bath, 1 car properties unfortunately,
