As per our conversation, can you please make the invoice out to SD Acquisitions Pty Ltd t/as Explore Property Townsville.
The total sale price was $227,000
Our commission was $7,945 and the conjunction was 20% - $1,589 inc GST
If you get this invoice to me before 12, I can get it over to financial controllers to pay today for you.
Natalie I sent you an email last month to advise that we have a contract on the property finance has been extended waiting on a new settlement date.
The owners have just arranged the maintenance on the building which badly needed being carried out, now it will be a lot more saleable. I have just had them resign a new exclusive agency this past weekend, yes there is renewed interest.
