NOT SELLING - TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER MEMBER OF FAMILY
6/01/2020 - Maree: After leaving messages and getting no response, I looked up the property on Pricefinder & it shows that they have done a family transfer. Rob did not list the property with any agent.
10/12/2019 - Texted vendor re decision to sell
6/12/2019 - Maree:VML re UD
11/11/2019 - VML / emailed agent Maree for update: I had gone out to the property to meet with Rob, in the hope of getting the Authority signed. Rob decided that the house and the gardens needed tidying up before presenting the property for sale, so an Authority wasn’t signed. I have tried to contact Rob, but I will keep trying to see what he has decided to do.
17/10/2019 - Maree: I have just spoken to Rob now, and he has requested that I forward an Authority for him to sign. I will get that prepared and email that through either tonight, or first thing in the morning
