4/12 Called Maria and left message. Confirmed 10% referral fee base on previous relationship with Erics parents. Approved by Vicki
29/11 Called to Congratulate Maria for the sale and chat about the referral fee. Maria advised that she does have a previous relationship with the parents but not the son. Still wants to pay a referral fee and work with us in the future but looking for a discount due to the previous relationship. Advised that I would investigate and get back to her.
