8/10/2019 - John Schlamm: Yes I spoke to Mei, and I will follow her up again. Unfortunately she had just resigned the fixed term lease and was under the impression that she would still be able to sell it easily to an owner occupier (which she could if the tenant agreed to move out, however if they want to stay then they can), but being an NRAS property the tenant would likely to struggle to find such a good property so cheaply. She was going to talk to the managing agent, but as I said I will try again and see what she says.
Karyn: Yes I have made contact with Mei Lee and been out to view the property. I will be speaking with her this evening and she has advised she will let me know of her decision by tomorrow morning. Following this, I will let you know how we go ….
