28/08//2020 - VM for Garry to call - unconditional / finance?
6/08/2020 - Gary: About 10 days till finance needs to be met - said there will be no issues as they are purely financing because their accountant said to do it that way - they have the money. Sellers have already made an offer on another home so all appears good. Just waiting for paperwork from bank and we have a confirmed sale
23/07/2020 - Buyer is coming via a buyer advocate - he asked everyone, including his principal to shave $1000 off final comms - have agreed as property is selling @ $1.8M and has been listed for 6 months
29/04/2020 - Garry: Has one interested buyer atm - will come to view once restrictions are over
Otherwise not much interest - feedback around 1.6-1.7M
