****22/2/21 Hi, we have received a recent valuation of late but we are interested in whether there is any growth potential over the next 2-4 years on units in the Sandringham area. Cheers Steve
10/10/2019 Vendor advised Hi Vicki, I have been in touch with our bank today in regards to refinancing and they have advised us that to get a quote on the sell value would be pointless as they use the banks valuer only . As refinancing is our 1st concern it would now appear to be a waste of time to proceed with any inspection/realestate valuation. Sorry to waste your time on this matter , cheers Steve n Sue
