22/6/20 David called thru and said had an offer of $920, owner is a nurse, she had said yes, but then changed their minds and declined offer, pulled off market will be doing some works to the house and maybe put on again end of year, David has maintained relationship with them and will let us know, he was also out of pocket $1300 with marketing (they split the marketing with client) vf
