RAY WHITE PAID THE FIRST REFERRER AGENT SELECT DID NOT KNOW WE WERE INVOLVED.
******On 19th February 2019, Agent Select made contact with our Principal, Brad Franks to refer to the client for prospective listing of the property, but indicated there would be a delay in going to market. Brad provided the vendor with some market information and sent me an email regarding the client. We communicated with the client again in August.
You and I spoke on 8th October, wherein I accepted your referral, not realising that Ray White had already accepted a referral from Agent Select in February. The property was listed on 1st November, 2019 and was put under offer 3 times over the last 8 months.
