30/03/2020 - Jeremy: The property is not rented, I have spoken to Robin she has just decided not to sell.
27/03/2020 - Jeremy - forwarded Andrew's referral as he is inactive / Jeremy worked with him at One Agency - confirmed he received from text - manually accepted as he confirmed vendors contact details and accepted verbally
20/03/2020 - Emailed agents for UD
Andrew: I have actually sold my business back in January so I am not sure where this up to.
Justin: I never heard back from Robin after repeated calls and texts following my appraisal to the point where I made the decision to stop follow up for fear of pestering her. I was on the line of enthusiastic and about to step over the line towards harassment ! I had assumed based on my summary that I provided to you last time that her family won out in their encouragement not to sell.

17/10/2019 - Andrew: Appraised Robins house not sure what she is going to do will most likely rent for 6 Months
15/10/2019 - Justin:" Has appraised and met Robin - went well. Undecided but leaning towards selling
":I’ve been out to meet Robin and wish to thank you for the introduction. I had a great meeting and enjoyed the time spent with Robin.
I’ve provided her with some good information and food for thought regarding her sell vs lease analysis. Whilst she has had a family member clearly advise that she would be mad to sell, I think that following our conversation that she is probably leaning in the direction of selling. My understanding is that she plans to buy in an area North of Sydney be it Northern coastal NSW or QLD, and because if this, selling to buy is probably the most attractive scenario.
I’ll get the written appraisal to Robin in the next 48 hours and see how things progress from there.
