2/7/20Hi Vicki. Very quiet on this block. The developer still has plenty of land to sell in the same Estate at equal/lower value so we are competing against this. I have spoken to Madiha vendor last week and we may need to look at reducing to bring it inline with the market. Thanks for checking in. Josh Kibble.
