11/08/2020- - Roy/vendor: Appreciate your assistance in Appraisals for 330 . However we have decided to keep this property in the family for now. But when we decide to sell on we will get in touch .

Stuart: No guys, it was a pretty cold appraisal and they're not likely to sell any time soon.
Jodie: They needed to sort some family - I have been in touch via email and phone since the new year. will try again
