6/04/2021 - Adam/vendor: I found a new agent and got it sorted thanks.
5/11/2019 - Rae - foward eail from vendor: Thank you very much for your email and phone messages. Which Real Esate had already referred me to a couple and I received an appraisal already which unfortunately if sold at that price point would leave me in negative equity so I have to leave it for now until the market moves hopefully more favourably.
