Natalie noted Jessica told her we charge 35%. I noted 15 - 20%. Natalie noted Jessica got her husband to sign something to pay an extra $2k of commission for purchase to go through as the buers agent of Melb purchasers was charging $4k (but had 3 mths to find a house fo rthem and contract expired so agent needs to oay?) Told her to go to REIWA and then they will speak to the principle of Jessica. I will call Jessica next monday after settlement as Natalie did not want any problem with settlement
