7/7/21 Dan said Samara are not selling now in near future they were going to move to Canada due to Covid plans changed
14/4 - Dan noted market is going well more qualified buys so still interest. , noted Samara still renovating and will move to USA once this is over (Covid-19)
22/10 Ivan said he met with them, unsure if selling at this stage and if they are they are 3 months away from completing renos. will keep in touch
