* Original referral 23/10/2019, vendor was unresponsive to us, property was listed with referred agent but didn't sell
03/06/20 - Agent Pete emailed, "The client has withdrawn the property from sale (they will rent for a while and look at selling again in the future)"
26/03/20 - Agent Pete emailed, "Unfortunately not a lot happening. Prior to the Corona outbreak the property was struggling and I have provided the client with weekly feedback that the property was looking tired, grass was severely overgrown as well as the driveway quite badly washed out (to the point of restricting a standard passenger vehicle access on to the property) The owner has said for several weeks now that they would look into re-grading the driveway but this has not occurred. A small amount of the acreage at the front has been cut back, but not enough that will help me get a sale over the line. At this stage I have advised that the property will need a price discount on price, if they want to move it on…. that is where it has currently been left with Deborah..."
16/11/19 - Listed with agent Pete
27/10/19 - Agent Bonnie accepted the referral
24/10/19 - Agent John accepted the referral
