20/07/2022 - Mal: Never responded after Vicki Ford ruined the lead with a monster BS price, does not have faith in the market now
20/05/2022 - Mal: No contact what so ever, Vicki Ford ruined this lead with the promise of huge money just to win the listing so now in Graeme's mind is he will sell it for a motza but here it is ages later in a hot hot market and Vicki cannot get the price she promised ( no surprise )
25/04/2022 - Mal: Absolute embarrassment for Graeme, he was told other agents would tell him the property is worth millions just to get him to sign up and sure enough Vicki ford told him just what he wanted to hear. Still not sold and we wonder why. he did not want honesty so he missed out on me and my services, cheers
20/10/2021 - Mal: Graeme listed with a major agaent that informed him shw would get him millions and he did not like my honest price so years later he is still wanting that price so he is actually unsellable thanks to the Major agent Vicki Ford24/09/2021 - Mal: Every since Vicki Ford lied and said the property was worth $1million (70% of the land goes under water) it has never sold, 10 other agents have jumped on at a milllion because its now in the owners mind thanks to Vicki Ford, It will never sell, the sale is ruined.

17/03/2021 - Mal: Did not want to hear honesty, typical greedy vendor went with Remax at ridiculous price and I was proven right, it never sold and now another fake agent has lied and told them what they want to hear and it cannot sell again. Greed pure greed they say they want an honest agent, they lie they want the biggest liar they can get and its not me.
