1/11/2019 - Brad: Yes appraised and given listing paperwork but have not signed it. Called and asked if I could drop commission to a flat rate as have spoken with and agent I said happy to meet with them again and discuss further but no reply or response. That was a week ago so don’t think they are going to sign it.
