30/03/2020 -Terry: We had somebody wanting to make an offer of $465k which the owner was going to accept. Then the virus became a major issue with him and he no longer wished to proceed.

9/12/23019 - Hi Mark My apologies but I totally forgot to update you on this property. The lead was also sent to my colleague Paul. I had already made contact with Shila. House has been listed although unable to get access due to the current tenant moving out. I will keep you updated. Cheers Terry
12/11/2019 - Terry: A slightly awkward one. Property tenanted. Tenants leaving. Photos not able to be done until they’ve gone. Owner talking about re-leasing which will make it more difficult to sell. Owners “have” to sell. I get the impression that they are in some financial difficulties.
4/11/2019 - Terry: Hi Mark. I have completed appraisal at 2 Corrigin Street Southern River and forwarded all information to the owner. She is apparently getting other agents in as well so I will be giving her a call later today to see which way she wishes to proceed. I will let you know how it goes.
