nov 20 - No thanks Natalie. We have decided not to sell.
24/02/20: Dawn (vendor) replied, "We have decided not to sell at present and will continue to rent it out. If the market picks up or our financial position changes we might look at selling then."
14/11/19: Vendor emailed, "I think we might have started the ball rolling a bit too quickly. We need to get our tax returns done as the bank requires that information before they can do their calculations. After that we will be in a better position to determine whether we need to sell or not."
29/10/19: Vendor confirmed both agents have been in contact
24/10/19: Agent Grant accepted the referral
