23/8/21 ** Hi Vicki thanks for the offer, our circumstances have changed and we have decided not to sell
29/10/19 - Spoke to vendor, thinking of keeping property and fixing up the garden for mum to make it more maintenance free as the market is not where they thought and will be losing $60k if they decided to sell to touch base with her in 12 months was prob leaning towards Nicole from Harcourts more realistic as Tracy was a bit higher in price.
25/10/19 - Lee Perry and Tracy Reid accepted the referral
