25/11/2019 - William: Met with the owner, they have decided to go elsewhere. They had a relationship with the other agent, it was hard to break.
18/11/2019 - Shad: When we spoke with Kathy she advised that she wanted to deal with a local Dulwich Hill agent and was not interested in using us as our office is based in Annandale. We explained to her that we are very active in the Dulwich Hill area and sold the property down the street just a few weeks earlier. We went past the property a few times to try and deliver an information package to them however no one was at the property any of the times that we went by. We also tried to email Kathy but didn’t get any response.
