01/04/20 - Vendor replied, "No I haven't as I put my property on rental market instead of saleing"
21/11/19 - Harsh (vendor) replied, "No I haven't give it to any one as my house is delayed little bit and Christmas is coming which is not good time so I will put property in market of January I only talk to one agent from hardcore"
31/10/19 - Agent Penny declined, "Thank you for thinking of me but I cannot accept this referral."
29/10/19 - Agent Sasha emailed, "Thank you for thinking of us regarding a Market Appraisal at the Myrtle Street complex. Until the court matter is finalised at that particular development, we are not entertaining any Appraisals from that site. We have been burnt with 2 sales in there recently and with all the time and effort we put into the sale within that development for the 1100 page Strata Report to kill the sale, we have made a decision to not list there until the issues are sorted."
