16/06/2021 - Trent: After many calls and contacts - they sold it to the tenants
22/04/2021 - Trent: the owners sold it to the tenants which has cost them about $70k which i explained but anyway..
19/11/2020 - Trent via portal UD: Still working on buying his parents business and partnership, probably look to sell in the new year
21/10/20230 - Trent via portal: Hi Kirsty they’re still trying to secure there Dads business 1st hopefully this year it will be done. Look to sell on 2021 Regards Trent

Trent: the tenants are there until Sept. I spoke to David about 6 weeks ago, I'm due to call later this week I'll keep u updated
