James noted that his nephew lives in the area and has listed wtih someone he knew - maybe a carla somebody. ANyhow the proeprty will be vancat from 20th then staged then listed online. I offered the agents i recommendedif he needs further asisstance.

NICK RENNA - PASSED ONTO ANOTHER AGENT - F/UP WITH MELISSA WHEN THEY ARE BACK - James was not interested in getting an appraisal. He said he didn’t realise agents would start calling him when he put the request through. He thought he’d get an instant online appraisal



NOTE NICK JOHNSTONE - REFERRAL SENT - WHEN F/UP HE SAID THAT CALLED VENODR NOT SELLING UNTIL NEXT YEAR, BUT REF DID NOT LOOK LIKE IT WAS ACTIONED?? - MANUALLY ACCEPTED ON CRM SO TRACK AS NOT SURE IF ANOTHER SERVICE WAS USED BY VENDOR????
