Vendor has Confirmed that they did know Daniel Hayes prior to coming to us - when they came to us he was unavailable so they began looking elsewhere - they had promised this to him years ago - and yes they have been in contact and follow his VLOG

8/11/2019 - Laura/vendoir: we have Michelle winkle coming for an appraisal on Tuesday next week. Geoff Bennett is touching base with us again once renovations have been completed.
5/11/2019 - Geoiff: I have spoken to Laura and they wish to complete further reno’s etc before I view the property. I am scheduled to make contact late November and will keep you posted.
