Thanks for all your assistance. My brother and his sons have decided they will buy the property to develop duplex’s.
Thankyou for your referral to Wayne at Harcourts, he was very helpful with us coming to a decision.
11/5- sandra - noted that brother does not want to sell as he is looking to bild himself and then possibly sell. Sandra says she is 67 and wants to sell now. Probate is going through tomorrow. Wayne has been advising Sandra on what to do and if they go to market but do not ge tthe right price then they don't have to sell. Told her Glad Wayne is a great recommendation to help her.

No, Natalie. We are still waiting on the death certificate. It's been nearly 6 weeks. It looks like we won't be doing anything with Christmas and families and solicitor on holidays over January.
