All agents complained she is not realistic, one called her a nutter. They would have to take a massive loss and referrals are 2 years old so have Failed. Not chasing agents on this any more.

20/11/2020 - Tarquinn: Mate I compete with many agents more often than not and win . In this instance what she is chasing I believe is above market value compared to a unit very similar to hers at the same complex which has been on market for a long time. I'll update next week
