NICK - Hi Natalie ...so sorry for not getting back to you. Yes I met with the Aunty onsite the following day to view the property. I then presented a hard copy of the appraisal and sales strategy the next day to her and emailed a copy to Janice with a followup phone call.
They were very pleased with all the information and are getting together to decide on the potential sale.
I will follow up again next week.
