**13/11/20 Sold for $895 28 day finance clause to settle in January. vf
16/9/20 slow progress as owners are fifo and dont open house all too often, has one buyer who will poss make an offer waiting on them.
12/02/2020 - Andrew called in to advise vendors are still sorting finances - hopefully another week or 2 - Mark
Previously Andrew said that marketing on line has been halted at request of the client until they sort out some financing issues, will let me know when all back to normal.
Andrew Shue appt Wednesday night.
