WILLIAM - Currently Michael is in the last stages of cleaning the house up. I should have more information for you by the end of next week
BASEL - Hi Natalie, i am in touch with him. He would be ready to go in Feb 2021
BASEL - Spoke to him. He is cleaning the house. Will be ready in 3 month.
WILLIAM - Sorry to take so long to get back to you, Michael is still waiting for his ex-partner to remove her stuff before he can clean the place, then he will consider selling .
BASEL - Met with Michael but the house was not ready. He has to do a lot of work to clear the property and make it ready for sale.I will follow him up but he works overseas.
I have contact Michael, he now is trying get in contact with ex-wife so I can get access. I should have more information for early in December.
