25/5 Tanvir again said the seller brought the buyer therefore no comms paid will send me this in writing - he told us this last year.
19/11/20 *Called in - in dispute with vendor re agency comms as vendor knew the buyer / will sort this out by Monday to have info for us regarding comms. Another issue - he says that OA and LAF are both claiming fees for this and he thinks OA got in first - no previous mention of this. Tanvir said he will call office on Monday 14/12 to finalise - he need to sort vendor first. Then it will be an issue of several referrers

19/11/2020 - Tanvir: Called in to discuss validity of referral as he was 3rd agent that had it listed (I thought 2nd) - I explained that it is still valid within 24 month term and expected that he follows up after 90 days as we do to get back in front of seller. Said "all good" will email through details later today
