Hi Natalie, just fyi, I tried calling Terry Wong last week and left a message. It turns out I have actually spoken to him before. I had his details already. I checked and I sent an appraisal to his partner Ka Ki Lee on 1st March 2019 as she is the property owner. I recall they did not return my calls or emails after that. Perhaps they didn't like the appraisal price, however, the home is very old with what appears to be asbestos exterior and it has virtually no backyard area to speak of at all and no front wall or fence either. My appraisal price would still be exactly the same as it was in March. I will let you know if Terry gets back to me. Kind regards, Shane
