I have spoken to Angela and she wants a drive by figure just to understand her mother’s financial position as she is not well and they may sell it in the future. The same tenants have been there for 25 years. The house is a knock down and there is a large shed all on 5 acres. I said I will give her a market appraisal by Thursday.
