20/11/2019 Vendor advised Yes they have and they are both so great! Unfortunately the figures they gave us show that the market is t strong enough for us to make what we need when selling the property so unfortunately we have decided not to go ahead
20/11/2019 Mark Deegan advised Jade and Dale have decided to rent the house back out. Someone had told them $620k as a potential sale value – it’s not worth that at all which she now agrees with. On that basis it’s better off rented out again she said so they will not be selling for now.
