28/09/2021 - John/vendor: I did not end up selling the property, though I am still with the same agent. I dont see the lack of success primarily at their end but Ill keep your details handy in case I do have a change of heart.

John/vendor: I found a worthy agent, I have though had to suspend going to market.
30/03/2020 - Aaron confirmed he has verbal but on hold re Covid-19: Prior to everything happening, he did say he was going to give us the go ahead. We will keep in contact with him and let you know when he decided to move forward again.
