09/12/20 - Agent update: I have removed this property from my listing as the owners requires us to sell this as a 2 bedroom house, however it really is only a 1 bedroom home. Vendor has been advised
16/09/20 - No longer have this property listed as the vendor was wanting me to advertise it with 2 bedrooms and the property only has one. i did not agree with this decision and the vendor choose to pick another agent,
20/09/20 - Listed with a referred (didn't action referral) agent, Sharon Spicer from Spicer Property Sales (Mission Beach)
10/12/19 - Vendor advised, Hercules has listed property
25/11/19 - Sharon Spicer declined
