DEC 20 - Just holding off - the numbers weren't looking good at the moment. Needs more than I said. Very aggressive. Thinks he has a good return for investment as it rents for $410pw. Got really angry. Don't think he will list. Wants $395k which is overpriced.
30/4 - He wants more than it's worth right now do wants yo wait until the end of the year or next year. Told him we would stay in touch. Sarah
16/4 - Sarah - Spoke to jason yesterday. He has finished the retaining wall and is going to contact the property manager to try to organise a time with the tenant for me to go and do an appraisal. Sarah, Schultz Realty
8/4 - sarahs PA noted that diarised to speak 14/4 - last time they spoke was 30/3 to vendor and he was finishing the retaining wall then looking to list.
Jason and I had an email conversation on the weekend. He is replacing one of the retaining walls in 3 weeks and then we can go out to inspect the property. I've booked to call him in 3 weeks. Sarah
