** 2/12/20 Buyer terminated contract as title was taking too long to come thru. Title came thru 2 days after the buyer terminated contract. Agent went back to buyer and asked if they can re instate the buying contract, they agreed on price reduction less $2.5k from the $200k, waiting on paperwork from solicitior and he will inform us in the meantime to void current invoice. vf
